Unlike traditional home health agencies, this organization is dedicated exclusively to managing lymphatic dysfunction. Clinicians are supported with training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact directly in patients’ homes.

High-Priority Regions

We are urgently hiring for the following areas :

  • Region G (Volusia County – DeLand, Daytona Beach, and Deltona)
  • Region J (Titusville, Cocoa)
  • Region M (Tampa)
  • Region N (Bradenton)

Position Overview

We are seeking Florida-licensed PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs —with CLT certification—to join our growing team. These roles come with a unique pay structure, full benefits, and advancement opportunities through our Clinical Ladder Program . Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone within their home county, managing a caseload of 24–30 weekly patient visits, each lasting 70–85 minutes.

Compensation

Hourly Pay (Treatment) :

  • PT (CLT) : $64–$70 / hour | Estimated Annual : $96,616+
  • Other Pay Details :

  • Non-treatment (driving, documentation, meetings, scheduling calls, etc) : $12 / hour
  • Documentation at point-of-care : Paid at treatment rate + 10 minutes per visit
  • Paid training & onboarding (50% of treatment rate)
  • Driving reimbursement based on travel time

  • Requirements

  • Active Florida license (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA)
  • CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) or Lymphedema certification required (ACOLS, Klose, Norton, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and squat during treatment activities
  • Training & Support

  • 2–3 weeks of paid hybrid training (online, in-person, and shadowing)
