We also celebrate our staff's successes annually. Commissions are uncapped, and wages include hourly pay or a commission & bonus structure. A passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services. Drive sales and customer satisfaction. Passion for community involvement. Willingness to learn about wireless industry products. Excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm for working in wireless customer service. Ability to perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities. Ambitious, self-driven, motivated by sales goals. Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals. At least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Availability for full-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
