Requirements for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse :

• Current and valid LPN License in New Jersey.
• Prior Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR and IV certified or willing to obtain.

The LPN : Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible to provide ongoing monitoring of residents' physical and mental status to assure maintenance of optional level of function. Responsible for the daily clinical aspect of the Resident Care Department, functioning to meet all residents' needs.
