Your Role
The standard PPO intake team is responsible for managing provider contracts. The Business Analyst, Experienced will report to the Sr. Manager of Provider Partnerships & Network Management. In this role you will review provider contract submissions, ensure all requirements are met for contracting, communicate with providers as necessary and route agreements for processing.
Your Work
In this role, you will :
- Provide basic analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
- Work cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notify management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention
- Assist in defining business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
- Review contract submissions from providers and ensure all requirements for contracting are met.
- Route contracts for processing
- Correspond with providers to obtain missing information and / or answer contracting questions.
- Manage inventory to ensure the department and individual goals are met.
- Respond to negotiation requests
- collaborate with internal network teams to address contract needs - (negotiation push backs / out-of-scope specialty or facility contracts)
