Job Description
Collegiate Hotel Group ® is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join Graduate Cincinnati and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides exceptional Guest Service
- Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed
- Prepare room for events : set table cloths, dishes, silverware as needed
- Assist in cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event
- Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedure
- Serve guests food and drinks during event as required
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguests
- Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests
- Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet Manager
- Other duties as assigned
