Job description

Join our dynamic Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will have the opportunity to work across various units and enhance your clinical skills. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment that fosters professional growth.

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Hours Per Week : 36
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Role :

Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in providing therapeutic patient care through the nursing process.

Maintain clear communication with patients and family, involving them in care planning.

Requirements :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Ability to meet scheduling requirements : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend per 6-week rotation.
