About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : 2 years of RN experience, 1 year of Med Tele Acute Care Inpatient Experience, 2 years of Cerner experience
License : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state / district
Certifications : NIHSS, BLS & ACLS required
Must-Have : BSN highly desired
Description :
Candidates must be able to start within 2-3 weeks of offer.
This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts per week.
A telemetry rhythm interpretation test must be completed prior to starting.
The role fulfills the needs of patients, families, and the community.
The nurse will perform a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
Care will be delivered to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.
The nurse will apply knowledge of growth and development over the life span, necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
There will be a demonstration of the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs.
Understanding the range of treatment needed by patients is essential.
Initial assessments will be made to determine appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients.
Ongoing assessments will be performed on all assigned patients, including a review of systems.
Admission assessments must be completed within the time frame established according to policy and procedures.
