Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team! As the Hospitality Manager, you will organize and oversee the daily operations of our facilities.
The Hospitality Manager must possess strong communication skills and remain focused on ensuring both positive customer experiences and positive team / employee experiences. You should be capable of solving problems successfully even when faced with challenging situations.
Responsibilities :
Hire qualified personnel according to standards set forth by the companyOrganize and coordinate facility operations to maximize efficiencyManage staffEnsure supplies, equipment, and inventory are stocked and maintainedRespond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriatelyMaintain accurate recordsReview and prepare reports for senior managementEnsure compliance with health and quality standardsQualifications :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager is preferredFamiliarity with hospitality industry standardsProficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusAbility to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientationAn outgoing personalityExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
