Compliance Engineer

A company is looking for a Compliance Engineer to lead RF certification and regulatory compliance for cellular and connected hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support RF certification and regulatory compliance for hardware products

Create and execute RF and compliance test plans while managing relationships with certification labs

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet regional and carrier requirements

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in RF compliance testing and certification (FCC, PTCRB, Carrier)

Strong understanding of cellular standards (4G, 5G, LTE), WLAN, and IoT radio systems

Experience coordinating certification processes and collaborating with compliance labs

Familiarity with RF test equipment and regulatory documentation for certification
