KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning & Development - Tax to join our Talent & Culture L&D organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the planning, delivering and closing of instructor-led, virtual and / or nationally developed local office training programs
• Understand and maintain knowledge of CPE requirements, NASBA guidelines, EA requirements, and internal processes to enhance and update them as needed
• Assist with the creation, maintenance, and deployment of Digital Asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database
• Prepare, analyze and summarize various reports needed to assess and deliver training
• Assist with other initiatives where needed
