Senior Estimator - Earthwork / Land Development

A well-established and growing site development contractor in the Charleston area is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join their team. This company specializes in residential and commercial land development and earthwork projects, known for quality work, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the estimating process, from bid review to proposal submission.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and estimates using AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro.
• Review civil plans and specifications to define scope, quantities, and materials.
• Develop accurate budgets and competitive bids for projects ranging from $2M–$10M+.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing and maintain bid relationships.
• Work closely with project managers, field teams, and ownership to ensure consistency between estimates, schedules, and field execution.
• Prepare bid summaries, presentations, and handoffs for awarded projects.
