80Twenty is a boutique recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates

Our client is an innovative SaaS company that empowers global brands and agencies to unlock the full potential of their Amazon, Walmart, and retail media data through powerful analytics and insights. Their technology helps the world’s largest advertisers make smarter, faster decisions about their digital spend.

They’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide temporary coverage for the CEO during a maternity leave period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and enjoys supporting visionary founders at a scaling tech company.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and occasionally co-founders
  • Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics
  • Maintain and organize the CEO’s inbox, communications, and meeting prep
  • Support speaker engagements, conferences, and podcast appearances (in-person assistance for 1–2 events total may be needed)
  • Handle credit card and expense reporting, liaising with the finance team for reconciliations
  • Assist with personal and business logistics to help the CEO stay focused on strategic business priorities
  • Provide light HR and payroll support related to benefits and open enrollment if the team needs assistance

What You Bring :

  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives (or founders), ideally at a SaaS or data analytics company
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, retail media, or advertising technology industries (Amazon or Walmart Ads basic knowledge is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence communicating with direct, fast-paced leaders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
