This job posting is for current Residents / Fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026 who are interested in offices based in New York, NY, Brooklyn, NY, or Upstate NY. This is a full-time role based in one of our New York City or Brooklyn offices. During the interview process, the exact office location will be determined based on preferences and business needs.

What you'll be working on

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

This is a full-time role based in New York City or Brooklyn. Relocation assistance may be available.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary range : $252,000 – $268,000 per year, depending on experience and schedule. Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, benefits and other incentive plans.
