Interventional Pain Management Physician - Lady Lake, FL Area

Premier Outpatient Practice | No Call, Nights, or Weekends | Strong Base + Production Model

A well-established, innovative practice in the Lady Lake, Florida area is actively seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their dynamic and patient-centered team. You'll play a vital role in helping patients regain quality of life through leading-edge procedures and individualized care plans. The practice offers a full suite of interventional services, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated staff focused on positive outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

Role Highlights :

Perform a variety of procedures including injections, spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasties , and disc regenerative therapies

100% outpatient setting

No call, no nights, no weekends - enjoy a predictable and balanced schedule

Collaborative team with a shared commitment to best practices and patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $350,000-$375,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Salary Guarantee : Secure base salary for the first 1-2 years to support a smooth transition

Production-Based Model : After the guarantee period, shift to a performance-based model with unlimited earning potential based on productivity

Comprehensive Benefits : Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off , and CME allowances

Candidate Requirements :

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship

Board certification in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred

Strong interventional skill set with a focus on minimally invasive procedures

Patient-centered approach and team-oriented mindset
