Join a dynamic team as a Senior People Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping organizational success. You'll collaborate closely with regional leaders to drive talent, performance, and culture initiativesall while bridging global strategies with local impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager supporthandling relations, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Partner with regional leaders on talent planning, workforce development, and improving organizational effectiveness.
• Help design and roll out employee experience initiatives at key lifecycle touchpoints.
• Localize global HR programs to meet regional needs, in coordination with COEs and leadership.
• Ensure regional HR policies align with labor laws and best practices, and work with COEs on talent acquisition, compensation, and DEI strategies.
