Become a Key Player as a Senior Business and Marketing Operations Manager
As a Senior Business and Marketing Operations Manager, you will support Adobe’s Product Marketing team by turning strategy into operational execution that drives measurable business impact. You’ll partner closely with PMM leadership and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM to enhance business performance and operational systems. Work model : Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite in San Francisco.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Partner with Product Marketing leaders to translate strategic plans into operational execution across pricing, packaging, segmentation, growth planning, and go-to-market.Coordinate and lead operational cadences such as QBRs, roadmap reviews, business health reviews, and OKR tracking.Support annual planning cycles, executive deliverables, and achievement tracking across initiatives.Monitor category performance, surface insights from product, marketing, and customer data, and drive action in collaboration with Analytics and Finance.Coordinate cross-functional alignment and proactively identify risks, misalignments, or decision bottlenecks.Develop executive communication assets and craft clear, persuasive narratives to support reviews, decisions, and partner alignment.Engage with the global marketing organization to assess and boost marketing program efficiency across campaigns, launches, and customer segments.Support development of marketing investment strategy and align program spend to strategic objectives.Track and report on marketing funnel metrics with GMO and performance marketing teams.Optimize campaign planning, execution, and reporting workflows to improve visibility, accountability, and speed.Lead key projects spanning product, marketing, and go-to-market from concept through execution.Establish structure for ongoing and ad‑hoc initiatives using program management rigor to ensure delivery and alignment.Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and streamlining execution.Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Local to San Francisco; able to work onsite 2–3 days per week.5–7 years in business operations, strategy, or marketing operations in a tech or SaaS environment.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to synthesize complex data into insights and decisions.Experience supporting senior leadership and communicating across levels, including executive forums.Familiarity with marketing funnels, product metrics, planning tools, and financial modeling.Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.Comfort in matrixed environments with a track record of cross‑functional influence.Excellent critical thinking with a bias toward action and simplification.Strong ownership, organizational, and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities.Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
