What You'll Do :

• Customer Support : Provide exceptional service to parents and families by answering questions, assisting with scheduling, and explaining our programs and policies, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way. • Problem Resolution : Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, always finding solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction and the life-changing impact we're making in the lives of children.
• Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling, registration, and payment processes, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately so families can focus on their child's progress and safety.
