Consulting Analyst (Entry Level)

About the Role:

As an entry-level Consultant, you'll work on real client projects from day one, partnering with experienced project leaders and subject matter experts to deliver meaningful results. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, structured coaching, and ongoing feedback as you build core consulting skills, develop confidence in client-facing work, and grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes
• Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, phone and on camera
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations
• Coordinate follow-ups and actions between clients and project leaders
• Able to initiate client work product with supervision and support from project leaders
• Become knowledgeable in specific legal technology related to active projects (training will be provided)
• Develop client-facing deliverables and perform associated quality control
• Be willing to support internal operations of Qualitas's growing business (marketing campaigns, operations, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, IT, or a related area, or at least 4 years of related work experience
