Key Responsibilities

Search and confirm travel reservations for customers

Provide consultation based on client travel policies and fulfill requests regarding regulations

Maintain knowledge of the travel industry and suggest improvements for operational processes

Required Qualifications

Experience as a travel agent

Proficiency in GDS Sabre

Solid understanding of travel industry policies and procedures

Ability to effectively communicate in English
