Advisory Relationship Associate

The Advisory Relationship Associate (ARA) thrives on building strong relationships, proactively solving challenges, and helping advisors and investors feel confident and cared for. The ARA serves as a trusted partner for our advisory investors, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and strengthening long-term relationships.

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all advisory partners, Family Offices, and DLP high net worth investors.

What you have already achieved : (Requirements)

• 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, institutional / advisory client service, private equity, fund management, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong relationship instincts - you connect quickly and communicate with clarity
• Proven success in a client-facing role with high expectations for service
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful mindset - you anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently
• Collaborative, team-first mentality with passion for continuous improvement
• Committed to best possible outcomes for advisors, investors, the team, and communities
