Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Upstate New York BC / BE Anesthesiologist Full-Time Position Position Overview : Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and growing practice. Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians and 20 CRNAs. Coverage provided at two local hospitals, with optional shifts at a nearby third facility. Case mixes include all procedures, including light cardiac. Call schedule : 1 in 4, with resident involvement. Compensation & Benefits : Base salary : $625,000 with incentive potential up to $650,000. Retention bonus after one year. Path to partnership with salary increase after two years. Full benefits package including pension and defined benefit plan.Location Highlights : Located in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York.
