Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Can Do Kids Therapy is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic. This part-time position involves overseeing four existing patients, with additional evaluations anticipated. We have two full-time RBT on our team.

Founded in 2008, our clinic is 100% native American and women owned. We are conveniently located in northeast Edmond.

For the past three years, we have provided high-quality ABA services. If you are aware of any BCBA interested in collaborating with our team of occupational therapists and speech professionals.

Role Description

This is a part time on-site role, in person or remote( have to reside in Oklahoma or near to state) for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Can Do Kids Therapy in Edmond, OK. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy to clients, and monitoring their progress. The role also involves educating and training parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies, collaborating with other professionals, and ensuring the maintenance of documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst
• Experience working with children and families is a plus
