Your day to day as a EL Lousiana Teacher Mentor / Consultant / Instructional Coach

A deep understanding of the Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language methodology is critical, as you will guide teachers in effectively preparing students for the ELPT assessment. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Experience teaching and success as an English as a Second or foreign language teacher
• Ability to assist Louisiana classroom teachers in preparing EL students to successfully master the ELPT assessment.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in education or teaching certification in Louisiana
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
• Excellent communication skills
