We are hiring a full-time Flex Support Driver to join our team. This is a Monday–Friday home-daily position with strong earning potential, flex scheduling, and a clear path for advancement.

Compensation & Incentives

$83,000 guaranteed base salary
Night-Shift Premium : +$500 / week
Flex Coverage Bonus : +$50 per assignment
Trainer Certification : +$2,000 annually
Supervisor Support Certification : +$3,000 annually
Total earning potential : $100,100+ annually

About the Role

This position supports our operation by running assigned and unassigned linehaul routes and stepping into key support duties when needed. You may be assigned a week of day shifts or night shifts depending on demandno mixing days / nights within the same week.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with doubles endorsement 2+ yr min

2+ year of verifiable Class A experience preferred

Safe driving record

Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Basic Qualifications :

Valid CDL A License : Must hold a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Driving Experience : A minimum of 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience is required.

Doubles / Triples Endorsement : Must possess a valid Doubles / Triples Endorsement or be willing to obtain one.

Basic Mechanical Knowledge : Ability to demonstrate basic mechanical commonsense related to truck operations.

Cleanliness Standards : Commitment to keeping the truck's interior clean and well-maintained.

Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using technology for Electronic Logging Device, navigation and communication tasks.

Excellent Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers.

The pay range for this role is :

1,500 - 1,900 USD per week(FedEx Ground Rogers)
