LocumJobsNetwork is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Indiana!

About The Position

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This opportunity, starting on Oct 27, 2025, offers a varied schedule, ensuring a balance between professional and personal life. The Physician will engage in a dynamic practice setting treating a diverse patient population.

Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician
Schedule :
Monday, Wednesday & Friday : 8am-5pm
Tuesday & Thursday : 10am-7pm
42 Hour work week, only one late evening

Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with up to 2 Advanced Practice Providers

Manage medication for patients

Educate patients about home treatments

Refer patients to specialists as needed

Ensure continuity of care between visits

Maintain accurate patient records through charting in the EMR

Conduct peer reviews

Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team

Additional Information

Must be board certified in Family Medicine

Comfortable treating patients of all ages

Experience with a diverse patient demographic is advantageous

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
