Job Description

Support the day-to-day operations of CLO transactions, including reconciliation and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of trades and settlements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update transaction documentation and operational procedures. Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational performance. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Middle Office CLO Associate should have : Experience or knowledge in CLOs or structured finance within the financial services industry.
