Santa Monica is the nerve center of our company, where the best ideas combine with unrivaled rigor to create the biggest and best entertainment experiences in the world.Your MissionAs a Revenue Recognition & Reporting Manager you will play a critical role in the Activision Blizzard controllership as well as the worldwide Finance Team.Overall, the responsibility of this role is to (1) Manage execution of the accounting process for our revenue accounting system (2) support revenue recognition execution for partnership transactions not processed by our revenue system (3) partner with technical accounting, as well as business and finance teams to stay up to date on new developments within the business that can impact our revenue system set ups and process, and (4) ensure that we have aligned with all accounting requirements under US GAAP and global accounting policies as it relates to areas of responsibility.You will work closely to partner with the business units across the company to ensure a deep understanding of our business activities associated with games in development, and address accounting and finance-related issues. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
