As a Surgical Technologist I in our General Specialty department, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch surgical care. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to excellence in patient care.

Job Highlights :

Full-time position with evening shifts (8 or 10-hour shifts) and occasional overnight and weekend call.
$10,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates, with additional $2,000 for PM shift roles.

Your Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques.

Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for a variety of surgical procedures.

Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.

Manage the setup of operating rooms and ensure the function of surgical equipment.

Transport patients and supplies as needed, demonstrating attention to safety and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

Recent completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
