Accentuate Staffing is working with a company that is hiring an RF Design Engineer to join their team. This organization develops advanced secure communications and electronic warfare technologies that support mission-critical national security applications. The role will play a key part in leading RF system design efforts and contributing to next-generation solutions that enhance resilient and secure communications.

This role is based on-site in a hybrid capacity at the Huntsville, AL office. Compensation begins at $160k+ and is determined by experience, with the flexibility for qualified candidates to pursue compensation aligned with their expertise.

Responsibilities :

• Lead RF communications and electronic warfare system design, including architecture, implementation, and validation.
• Develop and implement advanced signal processing algorithms in embedded environments.
• Conduct modeling and simulation of RF systems, analyzing system performance under various conditions.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop testing and mission-based scenario evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and government partners.
