You'll bring devices to life, enabling them to understand and respond to their users in ways previously unimagined.

Description

Join the Touch ID team and play a pivotal role in leading the development of cutting‑edge fingerprint biometric sensors. You'll be engaged in the entire sensor development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.

You will be applying your expertise in analog and digital circuit design to design sensing modules and evaluate coexistence, electrical performance and product integration.

A proactive electrical engineering leader with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and building and developing high performing engineering teams. You have a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and decisions through complex technical issues.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation of analog circuit fundamentals and a proven track record of taking electrical designs into mass production. You're a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation. You have experience representing your team's work in high‑stakes forums, shaping technical strategy through persuasive communication, and mentoring others in presenting their work effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Leadership experience managing engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to present complex technical topics clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing buy‑in from senior leadership.
• Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development.
• Experience deep diving into complex technical challenges, identifying root cause hypothesis and solutions in a cross‑functional and constrained environment.
• Experience creating engineering design, requirement, and specification documents.
