Responsibilities

• Develop a training roadmap and materials for regularly scheduled PDS trainings globally.
• Create a new hire training program and deliver it on a regular schedule.
• Update the PDS Playbook as necessary.
• Become an expert in the Project Management process and tools.
• Keep training materials current based on changes to processes and systems.
• Lead the development and execution of PM training programs (e.g., Open Office Hours, Working Wednesdays, etc.).
• Assist and / or drive other PMO L&D initiatives as needed (e.g., PDS Template site, technology migrations, etc.).

Desired Experience And Technical Skills

Estimated compensation for this position : $95,000.00 $135,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : Remote Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Redwood City, CA, Sacramento, CA
