Job Summary :
The RCM & Finance Integration Lead oversees revenue cycle continuity and financial performance during specialty practice integrations. This role standardizes RCM workflows, manages payer contracting and credentialing, and resolves infusion billing complexities to ensure smooth financial transition and long-term revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Centralize billing, coding, and collections processes across new practices.
- Manage payer enrollment, credentialing, and contracting to prevent revenue disruptions.
- Oversee infusion revenue cycle, including prior authorizations, HCPCS / CPT coding, and drug reimbursement tracking.
- Develop and maintain financial KPI dashboards to monitor integration performance.
- Lead AR remediation efforts and ensure consistent payer follow-up.
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Provide leadership in implementing RCM technology tools and analytics systems.
Qualification & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration required; Master’s preferred.7–10 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership, including experience with infusion or specialty billing.Expertise in payer contracting, credentialing, and compliance (CMS, OIG, HRSA).Strong analytical skills and experience with financial dashboards or business intelligence tools.Proven ability to maintain revenue continuity during system or ownership transitions.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.Powered by JazzHR
