Position Summary

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Rehab Tech to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will support our therapists and residents by assisting with restorative care activities and ensuring a safe, organized, and positive environment for recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist therapy staff in carrying out the Functional Maintenance Program (FMP)

Support therapists during resident therapy sessions and interventions

Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym safely

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all treatment areas and equipment

Monitor and restock therapy supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels

Follow all facility safety protocols and infection control procedures

Accurately complete required documentation related to resident care and daily operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
