    Description

    The Industrial Fabric Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maximizing new and incremental business in the industrial fabrics market. This is a new role within the company and will focus on expanding our product offerings in the Twin Cities metro area.

    You will be responsible for building, managing, and closing opportunities related to selling industrial fabric products to a wide range of industries. Your role will involve market research, sales strategy development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will not only enjoy building relationships and generating sales but will also excel at identifying opportunities and developing solutions.

    Duties

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships
    • Present and demonstrate fabric products to customers
    • Prepare and present proposals.
    • Execute sales calls, both in person and over the phone. Maintain necessary records for effective follow up.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
    • Qualifications & Skills

    • 3-5 years related sales / account management experience required, preferably in the textile or fabric industry, manufacturing, medical or industrial field.
    • Strong understanding of fabric products and market trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid drivers license
