Salary : $85,000 - $170,000 per year

Attorneys in these offices handle a variety of civil litigation and real estate matters including HOA / community association law, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and business / corporate law. This is a strong opportunity to grow within a supportive, multi-office platform.

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, HOA / community association law, and construction defect matters
  • Provide counsel in real estate and land use, business / corporate, and insurance defense cases
  • Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and governance documents
  • Manage discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and education
  • You should have most of the following :

  • JD and active bar license in OR, CO, UT, or ID (multiple admissions a plus)
  • 3–5+ years of civil litigation or real estate experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HOA / community association law or construction litigation a plus
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to balance litigation responsibilities with client advisory work
