Job descriptionDaily On-Call Rate : $2,000 / day (includes 4 hours gratis) Call Back Rate : $265 / hour (after 4 hours gratis) Required : Abdominal, endoscopy, liver, stomach, gallbladders, appendix, colon, laparoscopy, spleen Preferred : Pediatrics, thyroid, pulmonary, vascular Not Required : Amputations, C-sections, hysterectomies, respiratory care Board Certification : Board-Certified in General Surgery (BE accepted if within 3 years of residency training) Licensure : Active North Dakota license or IMLC certification Certifications : ACLS, DEA (ND-specific) Experience : Clean background and malpractice history required Support Staff : CRNA anesthesia coverage, no APP supervision

Seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage in Dickinson, ND.
Key Details :
- Start Date : March 24, 2025
- End Date : September 2025
- Schedule :
- Call Coverage : 10 days / month (24-hour shifts)
- Clinic Hours : Monday Friday (varies based on surgery schedule)
- Surgery Days : Tuesday and Thursday (emergent surgeries 24 / 7)
- Trauma Level : IV
- Hospital Bed Count : 25
- Average Census : 15 patients / day
- Average General Surgery Patients (per 24-hour call) : 0 5
- Call Response Time : 20 minutes
