The Role

Red 6 is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the next generation of augmented reality (AR) hardware systems for military training and commercial applications. In this role, you will lead the mechanical design and development of precision components and assemblies for cutting‑edge AR devices, including headsets and optical systems. You will work at the intersection of advanced technology and practical engineering, collaborating closely with cross‑disciplinary teams to create hardware that meets the demands of real‑world use. Your expertise in CAD, precision mechanical design, and system integration will help drive the development of innovative solutions that redefine training and simulation capabilities.
