Major / Essential Functions

• Direct, frequent correspondence with Undergraduate Admissions, Academic Advising Community, and incoming and current students.
• Prepare correspondence to academic departments concerning evaluations.
• Receive and evaluate transcripts of entering students; enter transfer work into electronic records.
• Monitor Registrar Dashboard for Advisor & Transfer Equivalency Requests.
• Enter data into electronic transfer equivalency tables.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, assist with walk-in traffic.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, sociology, psychology, or related field of study. Two years of counseling, admission, evaluation, student services or experience in a related area; OR a combination of education and / or related experience to equal six years.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with the Banner system and experience working in with confidential student records information.

Pay Statement
