About the Role
Repligen is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of IT & OT Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our global technology infrastructure. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to build an infrastructure roadmap aligned to business strategy, while overseeing internal teams, MSPs, and vendors to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable services.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of a fast-growing, globally distributed Life Sciences organization .

Strategic Leadership & Architecture
- Develop and maintain the global IT / OT infrastructure architecture aligned to business goals and Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate people, processes, and technologies to ensure an optimal global infrastructure strategy.
- Plan and lead infrastructure design, upgrades, scalability, and modernization efforts.
Technical & Operational Execution

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $$184,862.00 $250,107.00. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health / dental / vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
