About the LPN Transition and Training Program : Baptist Health is offering new graduates an 11-week transition and training program.

Starting February 17th Participants will learn from the best healthcare leaders in Northeast Florida!

Weeks 1-3, Monday-Friday

• EMR Training
• IV Certification
• Dysrhythmia Training
• Medication Administration Safety Training
• Bedside Skills Training
