Sr. Process Analyst

Location : This position is remote within the US only.

Summary

The person in this position will develop and drive solutions in partnership with IT and business teams, including analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes, and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Additionally, this person will research best business practices within and outside the organization to collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on reduced cost, increased productivity, and enhanced customer experience. May specialize in one or more of the following areas : capability and process modeling, benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements

Responsibilities

• ? Business process discovery : identify formal and informal business processes across the organization (part of determining the current state) – includes process pain points and value generated.

Expert knowledge of SQL, Excel, VBA, CRM, Tableau, and relational databases.

Expert knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Pay Range : $65.00 – $71.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
