Job Description

Looking for a DPT, new grads welcome.

New grad needs to have passed boards and has a NPI number.

Looking for a PT that is looking for an opportunity to run their own clinic and step into a Director role after 3 months.

Small rural clinic in Chino Valley, AZ.

2 weeks of PTO, including birthdays off, as well as an end of the year bonus available.

Starting pay will be $36 - $39 / hr and after 3 months, pay will increase to $93,600 / year which equals to $45 / hr when broken down to hourly.

The clinic wants to see 25-30 patients per day with a team of 2 PTs, 2 PTAs and an OT.

Will be mentored by an experienced PT on everything that needs to be learned about running the clinic
