Position Overview :

The Safety Manager will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and oversight of safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal regulations including OSHA and DOT to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards, OSHA and DOT.
• Conduct regular safety audits and fleet / equipment inspections.
• Provide training and support to team members on safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety and DOT records.
• Maintain fleet and equipment maintenance and inspection records.
• Collaborate with management and field personnel to promote a culture of safety.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and safety trends.
