About The Position

Job Title : CT Tech

Hours per Shift : 10 : 00 AM - 10 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : Current license required at time of start

Certifications : BLS, ARRT CT

Must-Have :

• Isolation Precautions
• Management / lead experience
• Preparation and / or administration of contrast media
• Clienttion Safety
• Starting Peripheral IVs
• Venipuncture

Description :

RTO after booking is not allowed and may result in cancellation.

Any call-offs or additional RTO could lead to further cancellations.

The shift is 12 hours from 10 : 00 AM to 10 : 30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.

The unit has a busy outpatient and emergency department schedule.

The expected start date is subject to change depending on schedule availability.

Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of their first week.

Travelers should be fully available without other commitments.

Missing any portion of orientation may cause a delay or cancellation.

The facility will confirm the final start date the Tuesday before the start week.

There will be a total of 16 hours of unit orientation.

Orientation typically occurs earlier in the day.

After orientation, travelers will operate the machine independently with support staff available.

It is essential to have experience in adult acute care, ICU, and emergency department settings.

The patient age group includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

The patient diagnoses encompass a wide range of conditions.

The unit is equipped with specific imaging technology.

Technicians must be comfortable floating within hospitals as necessary.

The submission process requires references from prior managers or supervisors.

Travelers cannot work more than five consecutive days or more than 60 hours in a week.

Certification requirements include skills related to CT imaging and special procedures.

Modules must be completed pre-start and annually as part of the position.
