About The Position

Job Title : Certified Sterile Processing Tech

Profession : Certified Sterile Processing Tech

Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Hours per Shift : 40

Experience : 2 years current Sterile Processing experience; Endo experience required, non-negotiable

License : Current certification in Sterile Processing

Certifications : HSPA (IAHCSMM), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : Must have own vehicle, permanent address must be included in profile

Description :

This position is for holiday coverage.

Travelers are required to work two of the following holidays :

Thanksgiving and the following Friday / weekend,

Christmas Eve / Christmas Day and the following Friday / weekend,

New Year's Eve / New Year Day and the following Friday / weekend.

Extensions that are requested to end in November or before the holiday starts in December will not be considered for extension at the beginning of 2026.

COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) is now required.

If approved, the traveler will wear a mask at all times while on site.

To avoid delays in processing, please include traveler COVID vaccination card or intent to fill out exemption form when submitting the profile.

Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of profile upload.

No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.

Less requested time off is preferable.

Previous travel experience is preferred.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

The facility will not approve scheduling requests after the time of the offer.

Providing this information prior to submittal is essential.

Requests after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer.

Experience in Sterile Processing must be clearly noted in the profile.

All skills checklist must be current to within one year.

One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required.
