Marketing Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant with 1 or more years of experience for a 3 month contract opportunity for our law firm client. This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities :

• Supports event coordination by handling venue outreach, preparing invitations, managing guest lists, and providing on-site assistance as needed.
• Prepares marketing materials for new attorneys (bio, announcements, etc.)
• Provides support in drafting, reviewing, and editing press releases, website and social media content, attorney biographies, award nominations, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Provides administrative support to the team for marketing, business development and communications initiatives.
• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Post articles, news, press releases, and publications to the website, and other platforms.

Compensation :

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
