Job Description

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities related to earthwork, underground utilities, and grading.

Coordinate survey layouts and ensure proper implementation of plans and specifications.

Maintain an organized and efficient job site while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on construction-related issues.

Utilize basic computer skills to generate reports, track progress, and communicate effectively.

Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout the construction process.

Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Superintendent should have :
