Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawthorne, California. Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
Demonstrate toy features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding.
Process sales transactions accurately using company systems.
Ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction.
Update website content and manage inventory data to ensure accuracy.
Import order details into accounting software and handle catalog request processing.
Restock and arrange merchandise to optimize store presentation.
Provide administrative support including answering inbound calls and managing data entry tasks.
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Familiarity with retail math or accounting software is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in order entry, receptionist duties, or customer service is preferred.
