What Youll Do :

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to identify clients' insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best options available.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a results-oriented environment.
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific requirements apply).
