responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Batch formulas and create innovative prototype formulas, performing necessary modifications to ensure they meet stringent product specifications.
• Formula Optimization & Stability: Follow up on the stability of developmental formulas and proactively make adjustments and fixes as necessary to maintain product integrity and performance.
• Technical & Regulatory Support: Contribute to critical functions including Regulatory compliance, Safety assessments, and Patent analysis, ensuring all products adhere to internal and external standards.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate in Micro testing, Salon evaluation, and other forms of Evaluation Intelligence to guarantee product excellence and consumer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Provide creative and resourceful solutions to technical issues and challenges that arise throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key resource and effectively interact with various support groups within the R&D organization, ensuring seamless project execution.

qualifications:
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a laboratory or R&D environment.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with standard office and laboratory software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team-player mentality and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience (1+ year) working within the cosmetics, personal care, or consumer packaged goods industries.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with laboratory equipment used in cosmetic formulation and testing.
